Communication Failure
Gracely Mae had helped me with a problem I had involving a communication failure of my system. After a few tests and a reset, she helped me realize the new spot the panel was in was indeed to blame. Honestly, I am glad nothing was wrong with it and that she helped me through it, however, I have a suggestion for Cove. Maybe the panels should have something to help extend their detection of a reliable signal to the towers especially, for customers with questionable signal coverage.
One more thing, I am grateful accommodations were made, given I have an auditory processing issue. That was really nice.

I am someone that deals with depression, so I make impulse buys and then don’t follow through. Cove was one of those impulse buys, I bought a kit and received it quickly, but then depression kicked in and I never opened the box. Part of my struggle is that I don’t check my bank accounts frequently so as my cove box collected dust, I was being charged monthly for a service I was not using.
Today I was able to have Charles assist me and he seemlessly checked my account, confirmed I was not using my subscription and initiated the process for a refund for all the unused time. I was unable to return the equipment as I am past their 60 day window but the monthly fee was kindly refunded. He was polite, and checked on me during the call several times as it took him a couple minutes to work on this for me.
After processing the refund, he did communicate to me that if I choose to set up my equipment I would be able to self monitor without the monthly service fee, which I wasn’t aware of, so I appreciated that bit of info as well!

So simple from start to finish. Beautifully packaged, the equipment comes preprogrammed and is easy to install.
A couple of questions were swiftly and expertly dealt with by Erika and Charles at customer service.
It's very comforting to have such a well priced and comprehensive system that makes sense, with great back up that is only a text or call away. Good luck getting that with ADT - only wish we had switched earlier.
