Keanu was very good. He explained to me why my panel was offline and assisted me in getting back the connection. At first i was really frustrated because i dont know why it happened when i have good at&t signal in my area. Keanu explained to me some instances that the connection might be interrupted and reassured me that he will get it back online. Now im back and monitored. 5 stars for Keanu.

I was installing my system and because I started late, I ran out of time before finishing because my family went to bed. I called customer service and spoke with Ro, to inquire how to get the keypad out of set up mode so I could activate the system. She talked me through the process and was wonderful. She also made an order for me of a few minor items my system was missing. Couldn’t have been easier! Thank you Ro, for the great customer service. I am so glad to be leaving Brinks for Cove! He was even on top of things to ask me if I had the information of how to turn over the security system to the next people who are moving into the house that I sold. I didn't know the information that had told the new buyers I would leave the security system for them and that you all were an excellent service so his information was excellent and on top of things for everyone. He was courteous kind and excellent and totally focused on helping resolve the issue and answer questions.
