I contacted Cove and spoke with Lloyd about my outdoor cameras not working. 2 outdoor cameras stopped working after it rained. After trying everything to get them working, Lloyd offered to replace both cameras! May was very helpful today. She was very patient and kind with me. I really appreciated it and her help. I have very old windows and I could not figure out how to apply the sensor. But she took a lot of time helping me and even sent me a magnetic spacer! Excellent service.
