I was happy to find Cove when I was researching the DIY category of home security installation. It didn't seem necessary to pay the high fees of corporate security companies and I wanted to tailor to my specific and more limited needs/wishes. Cove delivered - with better prices and more flexibility. To be honest, I was unhappy at first with customer service, when the person assisting seemed not to know the system or the equipment at all and took up far too much of my time. It was frustrating. That impression did improve with other representatives.

Ran into an issue setting up my smoke detector. Ellah was able to walk me through setting up the device and then helped me setup the rest of the sensors. Customer service was great and easy to talk too.

The COVE system was easy to install and the support I received from the team was excellent. I also got a follow up call about a week after installation to check in on things and see if I had any additional questions.

Our new system works great

Our new system work great. It is simple and easy to install or you can have a professional install for you. The cameras provide quality video and the app allows you to control the system when you are away from the panel.

Representative was very cordial

Representative was very cordial, took time to asked about why we hadn't connected our new Cove system. We just happen to be receiving keys to our new built home today and offered top credit back our first month of monitoring since we hadn't installed yet.

Great people, great service

Overall I have been very very satisfied with cove's customer service. Tonight, Lloyd helped me despite the fact I was changing my mind about cameras and going with someone else. He offered, but did not annoy me or try to force me cove's preferred options, but listened and processed the refund I asked for with no argument. I will be of course continuing my monitoring with cove as that has been nothing but satisfactory. Thanks again, Lloyd!

Their product is great and I will purchase again in the future. -Jumel provided great customer service. -Knowledgeable and on point. -Very fast. IN AND OUT with a "Started Return" and a "UPS drop-off label" in virtually a COUPLE of MINUTES!

Fast, Reliable, Effective

The system is very easy and fast to install, and adding additional devices post-installation is extremely simple. Customer service is very friendly and helpful, and in my case Jan Isaiah was very professional, courteous, helpful & friendly with assisting me with any questions I had. Overall the system works well and dispatches EMS/Fire/Police quickly upon a sensor trigger or upon request if needed. The Monitoring Center also contacts you or anyone listed as a user to verify any incident that occurs, as well as a text/email being sent out as well. 10/10 for system ease of use, customer service, and system effectiveness
