Jumel was extremely helpful

Jumel was extremely helpful. My outdoor camera batteries kept dying all the time. I'm being sent a new camera and batteries. I was only on the phone 2 minutes and 36 seconds. I told him what was going on, and he said he's sending me a new one, and apologized for my inconvenience. Cove has the best customer service.

Excellent service

Beltce (not sure of the spelling) was a great help and resolved our problem quickly. We are senior citizens and although we bought our system several months ago we had not installed it yet. We set up automatic billing and we noticed we’ve been billed for a few months monitoring even though the system is not set up. Thank you for a quick resolution to this problem.

Sandra was very helpful

Sandra was very helpful, as soon as I told her my error code she new what to do reset my password and talk me through assigning a new one. She really solidified my decision to switch to Cove from ADT. $400+ a year savings, free app with alarm activation and monitoring. Be careful installing sensors, which is easy, the doors and window sensors aren't labeled as such. Activate first, then separate to hear the system say door1 or window1. You can rename sensors but can't change wether their a door or window. I hope this helps. Oh, and Sandra was great!!

Cove provides the best customer service hands down. Every time I call for technical support I am speaking to someone within 2 minutes and don’t have to struggle with 50 different automated prompts. On top of that the representatives are so helpful and efficient. I had the pleasure of getting assistance from Yereh and she solved my problem quick and easy. Im so happy I decided to use Cove as my home monitoring system.
