I had excellent service help from Sandra with resetting my sensors so they would read correctly where they were being placed. Sandra also ordered window stickers as my package didn’t come with any and magnet to place on my front door for one of the sensors.

Today, due to moving my service to my new residence, I had the pleasure to speak to two customer service representatives. Mr. “Cedric” and Mrs. “Nirri.” Both conversations were extraordinarily positive. For once, Cove does not make you talk to a machine like many other companies do. You get to speak to real humans after relatively short wait times. Both representatives were incredibly friendly, well trained, empathetic, helpful, and efficient in answering my questions and meeting my needs. Cove, your excellent customer service certainly contributes positively to my brand-loyalty, resulting in expressing my satisfaction to many friends and colleagues. So easy to install and set up. The system walks you through every step. The sensors are simple to put up. The free camera was a huge plus as well. I highly recommend this system and company to anyone wanting a security system without the high price tag of the big companies.

Fabulous system and support

I have never been so pleased with a security system. We got to build it online using our room names for each contact and when it arrived, it was so easy to install it was Unreal. We have no contract and the cheap $16 a month has been a lifesaver for us. I recommend Cove to everyone.

Worth the money and great customer service

I received my security system last week. I was able to install all door, window and motion sensors in less than an hour. I received a test call to ensure that my system was working properly. Overall for the cost and customer service is exceptional, I am glad I chose COVE.

BETTER than I expected, I researched first to find a DIY, low cost, security service, I like the option of being able to pay for additional installation help too, but the directions that came with my box were modern and easy to read & understand. I’m a single mom with a new home, I’m on a budget. I’m so grateful to Cove and especially to your representative CARL who called me and offered his assistance and explained my service and my billing questions, clearly and I just love my new Cove security system, thank you!

This is a super alarm system. Set up was a breeze. The remote fobs used to arm and disarm system work flawlessly. The only tricky part was setting up the indoor camera. Instruction book was not clear on this, had to call support but then all was well.

We are very happy with our Cove system as a whole, I tried ordering additional items for my system on the portal. The portal was having issues so I called, was on hold for a while used the auto call back. Took a few hours but I was still called back and handled everything over the phone.
