I received my Cove Alarm system within the timeframe of 2 business days. It came exactly like I initially set it up while ordering the system. It took about ten minutes from start to finish to install. I had some questions about how to set up sensors that we're already installed in the home from a previous tenant. Customer service rep Ashley walked me through setting the first sensor up and I completed the rest on my own. She was very patient and helpful with my install. I received a call from Cove customer service a few days after my install to check to make sure I was happy with the system. I have to tell you I'm pleased with the system. I was able to get a couple of more sensors and key fobs which come in handy at a reasonable rate for the first 55 days of service. I'm so pleased with Cove that I recommended it to my sister-in-law and she has purchased the system as well. Cove is the way to go and the set up it so easy that you don't need professional installation like you do for other alarm systems. Thanks to Cove I feel more secure in my home.
