I have been researching a home security system. I needed help with questions about the Cove system. Rod was very helpful in taking the time and answering all my questions. His assistance has given Cove the advantage over one of the other home security competitors. Will most likely become a new customer once my wife gives the final approval!

Best alarm system since the dog

When I was looking at alarm systems cove stood out! There system was super easy to install and once it's installed you just forget about it, I love how the cove system had a huge touch screen panel and it's responsive too! With all this cove dosent lock you into a contract either!

We are very pleased with our new system! Installation was easy. Customer service has been great - they are very helpful any time we have questions! Zandra has been especially helpful in providing clarification to my questions. We have only had Cove for a few weeks, but I would highly recommend this system!

I couldn't hard wire the Cove/ Kami camera doorbell over my existing bell, but Yereh assured me I could still install Kami using the battery for power. I was so relieved and can't wait to get it up and running. She was very helpful and welcoming! Cove customer service has been excellent so far!

I received a call from Isaiah yesterday…

I received a call from Isaiah yesterday to see how the installation of the Cove system went. He was there to answer any questions, but I didn't really have any. Josh Provenza of Blue Mountain Yard Service was our sales person and installer. He was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I absolutely love Cove

So far I absolutely love Cove. There system was easy to set up, and customer service was extremely nice. I also did short myself one sensor with the original order so I ended up adding a sensor, which was also super easy. Cove called me a few weeks later to ask how I liked the system or if I had any questions or concerns, which I think is great customer service. The only thing I haven't done yet is add the doorbell camera. It can be wireless with a rechargeable battery or wired in. I want to wire it, so I just haven't got around to it yet. I'm sure the doorbell will be as great as the rest of the system.

Easy to set up and affordable

The system was delivered incredibly fast, instructions were easy and I set it up with no issues. I have the doorbell, out door cameras, window, and door sensors and 2 Keychain all of which work without issues. This is one of the most affordable systems as well. 10/10 recommend

Cove makes home Security easy I have had positive experiences with Cove security. The prices are great. There was no pressure to order. The system was easy to install.

Yereh called to ask if I had any questions about my new system. I appreciate the follow up on that as other companies I have used in the past haven’t done that. I highly recommend Cove to anyone who is considering a new system or changing.

Good Product

We are just getting started but installation went fine except our outdoor camera was damaged. Called and replacement camera is on the way so service seems to be good. We are well pleased.

Email support is better than phone support I emailed after being disappointed via phone support because agents cannot honor price posted on my cove portal website. The agents on the email were helpful and was able to honor pricing in my portal.
