Have had zero issues with my system. One sensor even fell off and broke and they sent me a new one free and quickly! I also had login issues and Grace helped me quickly! Thank you!

Great Customer Service and Support

I have had a couple of interactions with Cove support staff and after every interaction I feel more justified in my decision to install a Cove security system. I had the pleasure of being assisted earlier today by Adrian who was extremely polite, professional and very knowledgeable. Adrian answered all my questions and thus no need to be transferred to another agent.

I have had COVE for four yrs it's an exceptional company. They did everything right away. And the monitoring is exceptional. I highly recommend COVE The equipment is very affordable.

Grace was very helpful multiple times this evening! She helped me set up my system over the phone and then helped me order more sensors about an hour later through chat when I realized I forgot 2 windows.

5-Star System at an Affordable Price

Cove has excellent home monitoring system at the lowest price that I could find without sacrificing quality. A completely modular system that can be installed by myself was a must. I also love the fact that more components can be added at any time and the system can go with me if I move. If an alarm is triggered, Cove responded in around 10 seconds via cellphone and the alarm panel. The customer service is excellent and you can talk to a live person anytime. Overall, one of the best home investments I have made that provides excellent piece of mind.

So far, much better than SimpliSafe!

I've owned a SimpliSafe system for a couple years now. I am in the process of installing Cove in our other house. If I were starting over, I would buy Cove for both houses. Incredibly well thought out, less expensive than SimpliSafe, and more versatile. My customer service call with Dimple today was handled very well. She was clear, polite, and patient with me. I still have cameras to install, and a door bell, but so far, Cove is very impressive.
