Good things come in small packages

My Cove system showed up yesterday and I was able to get it unboxed and setup with only a minor issue which was easily resolved by support. Then Isaiah called me the following day to ensure that I had everything I needed and informed me of ways to test the system without actually triggering the alarm. Very kind and courteous. So far Cove has been one of the easiest decisions I've made for my new home.

The representative called and inquired if I had any questions or needed help with setting up my new Cove alarm system that had been delivered. I told him I had not set up the new system because I was going to take it to my vacation home after Thanksgiving and set it up there. He said to cal Cove anytime I needed help during the process and they would answer my questions and assist me any way they could. He was very courteous and I appreciated the follow-up after delivery and customer service. I am very impressed with this follow-up on my order and delivery.

Installation was very straightforward and easy to complete myself. I like how the control panel voices "front door" when the front door is opened. The outside camera works great and you can get live feed. I like having access to the system on my cell phone and it's very reasonably priced even for the plus plan.

We have loved our Cove home security system. It is easy enough for our 6 year old to use, so that means it's easy enough for me to use :) Carlito, and others we have talked to, have been amazing. Our false alarms have been cancelled quickly and effectively and any questions we may have are solved quickly. We recommend Cove to anyone who asks.

I had my indoor camera installed today and BELCHER had the patients of job while installing it and did a excellent hook up. He is VERRY GOOD at his job. Later I had an issue and this time I worked with STEPHEN and again this young man impressed me also . It is so good to work with people that is GREAT at doing their job and enjoys it .I am so glad i picked COVE above the rest. This is one perfectly oiled machine and they are GREAT !!!!!!!!!

Great Customer Service at Cove

This is a review of a service call I made to Cove about a Communication Error between my system and the Cove Monitoring Center. I called tech support, my call went to Ellah almost immediately, she guided me through a system reset in a few minutes time and my system was communicating to the Cove Monitoring Center! I would highly recommend Cove Security for anyone that wants a great security system that You can install in minutes at great pricing.

For the life of me I couldn’t figure out why one of the door sensors kept notifying me as “tampered.” I called, and within 5 minutes Carl had guided me through solving the problem. He was super nice!!
