My dog decided to eat my A/C power cord to my control panel. I looked on their website, but they did not offer, to purchase a new one. I contacted them through their website chat. I communicated with Mary and she was able to order me a new A/C power supply. Mary, made the transaction very smooth. The A/C power supply has been ordered.

You can’t beat the best!

I researched hard before choosing Cove. 3 years later and helping 2 additional households get set up, and I don’t regret a thing. Top 2 things: No Wi-Fi needed, it runs purely on its own AT&T cell network. And, you can 100% customize it to your needs. Pick the exact number of doors, windows, smoke alarms, etc. that you need!

First of all the system was easy to install

First of all the system was really simple to hook up and is really easy to use. In the little time I’ve had it, I’ve been contacted by customer support twice just to confirm everything was okay. The monthly cost was also very reasonable for all the protection I’m receiving. I’m very happy so far, and can sleep better at night!👍
