Well Done, Cove!

We received our new Cove system a few weeks ago and wanted to give it a little time before putting up a review. I was surprised at the nice quality of the equipment when I opened the box. We made a custom system to meet our needs instead of one of Cove’s pre-selected systems. Having all the sensors set up with their respective locations from Cove is a really nice touch. The system was easy to install in our home and so far has been really easy to use and manage. Looking at the reviews, the app seems to be really unpopular, but up to this point, it has worked well for us. Nothing’s for sure these days, but Cove helps give us a little peace of mind.

Cove is really easy to use and set up! It comes with all the things you need to set up a home security system. The app and portable remote is very helpful! As a single female, I give it a 5 for peace of mind and ease of set up!

Customer Service and Speed of Service…

Customer Service and Speed of Service were EXCELLENT. Unfortunately, the acquisition of the property intended the system to go into did not materialize and had to return the system as soon as I received it. But I will surely seek their service again if I need a security system for my or any of my property.

Yerah (sp?) called to make sure we didn't have any questions or concerns about our new system. We don't, because it was so easy. And we had an installer help with the cameras. So it's been fine! But she was kind and very nice over the phone.

Set up has been relatively easy

Set up has been relatively easy, still have the doorbell to go, and all is working well. Isaiah called today to check on my installation and I feel confident they'll talk me through the doorbell if there are any issues.

Cove is a conveniently and excellent service, but need included the camera systems with the monitory systems with out wi-fi or internet. Using the same signal of cove. I licked the alarm systems and don't bring false alarms. "Recomended "

Love my COVE system!

Very happy with the Cove Security System. Easy to install, then my alarm panel kept switching to battery power/AC failure. Called Cove customer service and we figured out it was the power cord. They shipped a new one ASAP. I love that I have peace of mind now with knowing who is at my door and who is on my property at all times. Isaiah in customer service was great and I am looking forward to a long relationship with COVE!
