The only comment I would make is that the whole music kept going in and out and so did our conversation so every now and then it was hard to understand what was going on. But that had nothing to do with him and something to do with the hardware or software you people are running

EXCELLENT ALARM COMPANY

My son recently installed COVE alarm system for me with all the bells and whistles including water, smoke, glass breakage, and intrusion. It was easy for him to do. I wanted to add a couple people and decided to change one item. I called COVE. I'm 84 and need to have someone talk me through what to do. The woman was patient, clear, and easily talked me through the updates. It was such a pleasure.
