Amazing customer service provided by Jumel. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. Listened to the customer and repeated the concerns for confirmation was great. He was willing to help, and yes, he meets all the expectations as a customer I can ask for. I was sad when I cut the phone call after talking to him cause I missed the first survey. If I could take that survey, he will get all five stars. Once again I not even installed my service yet and already got great customer assistance.

We purchased Cove several months ago and love it . We have had the alarms go off and in less than 10 seconds our phone was ringing from Cove asking us we were ok. It’s only $24.99 a month which is great as we are on Social security. Highly recommend

Police registration fees and fines?

This looked really good and the company reps and customer service were awesome. Excellent product packaging, fast shipping and was an Easy install. However, I had to return it as the police in my area require you register with them and pay a yearly fee that was too high for me as I am a senior on limited fixed income…in addition, if the police told me if they are called out for a false alarm I will get a $1000 fine!
