I ordered an outdoor camera for my COVE…

I ordered an outdoor camera for my COVE security system and unfortunately there were signs of wear on the lens. I contacted COVE via chat and John was kind enough to order me a replacement within minutes and provided me a return label for the camera. Not happy that I received a used camera but their customer support exceeds my expectations, which I why I will continue to support COVE!

Good product and service…

Have had the system for several weeks now. Very happy with the equipment, the setup, the monitoring and the customer service. Just got off the chat with Dhen. He was able to address and resolve all my concerns, and I had several of them. They were minor, but he addressed them very efficiently. Very good customer service.

The system is very simple and easy to install and operate, but lacks a more detailed manual of instructions to get precise information when needed. On the other hand, having had the need to get that information from the customer service people, it was a very good experience. They were so calm, patient and really willing to do their best to help you. You could sense that they were totally dedicated to listen and try to help you, despite the fact that I was so frustrated with the lack of information in the manual of instructions and was angry in the beginning, but they were so kind and patient(they never took it personal my venting), therefore I was able to calm down and be patient myself. At the end I was able to get the information I need and have everything in order. I recommend Cove and I really appreciate the costumer service provided to me by Stephanie today and Mary Grace yesterday.

Helpful customer service

Helpful customer service. The passcode I had setup never worked so I had been using the app to disarm until I would eventually call to reset it. When I arrived home one day I forgot it was set and was unable to get it disarmed before the alarm went off. It was loud and awful and then the screen froze, I was a little frustrated with how long it took me to get on with a representative once I was finally connected with Jumel he was very helpful. He walked me through how to reset the control panel as well as my passcode and had a positive and friendly attitude the entire call.

I contacted cove today about a return refund as well as sending something back that was malfunctioning. I got the rep ken and he went above and beyond to help me with my issue and with returning my products back.. it was a great customer service experience

I contacted Cove today to let them know that a piece was missing from my Cove Security System. The agent quickly authenticated me with my phone number and safecode and was able to get the missing item ordered and on the way to me soon. Thanks Gracely Mae,....Great Customer Service!!

Recently moved and couldn't figure out how to change the address. Connected to Dhen in the chat and he was more than willing to help me out and get the address updated for me!

We purchased this system and we are extremely happy. It is very easy to install. Customer service is great. The price is very reasonable compared with other companies. The response time is fast. My daughter triggered the system and got the call real fast, even police called on their way home. AWESOME!! KEEP IT UP COVE!!

I recently contacted technical support…

I recently contacted technical support regarding the issue with my monitoring panel. Jumel assisted me with my issue and we tried several possible solutions. In the end it was determined that there was a malfunction with the panel. Jumel assured me that I would be receiving a replacement and promptly sent me a return label. I am happy with the outcome and will continue my business with cove and their 5 star customer service. Having the system for almost 3 years now I am happy to report this is my first major issue and it is being handled with no issues.
