I needed an explanation of a message that was appearing on my alarm control panel. I received a thorough explanation of the message and instructions on how to reset the system. I also needed help with charges on my bill. The assistant went out of her way to answer my question. She spoke with the billing department, got a credit issued for incorrect billing, and explained everything to me. She gave excellent, courteous, and professional customer service.

Note I have not installed the system. I am reviewing my purchasing and customer service experience thus far. 5 out of 5 stars on all aspects. Customer service representative, Dhen, was particularly helpful after I ordered the wrong number of sensors. He collected all the information from me and got my order out within a couple hours.

Was having some issues with our magnetic doors and Denzel was AWESOME. Helped me solve the issue quickly and is sending me some pieces that I did not originally order to help with the problem.
