Customer service excellence
Problem with shipment of equipment. Not sure if this was the "fault" of Cove or shipping company. Either way, I called Cove customer support and Isaiah quickly initiated a new shipment. Past two years with Cove have been perfect. Love the system and the company.

Gracely Mae responded to my questions quickly and accurately. She was very knowledgeable and gave me the information I needed. I would recommend to anyone that has cove security to talk to her because she helped me regain access to my account after 5 months of not having any access to it online or in the app. Full access restored and everything works like it should. I didn't have to wait around for long periods of time to get answers like I have in the past with some of coves representatives. Thank you so much for all your hard work and dedication to your customers!

I am a relatively new Cove users and my feedback is based the simplicity of purchase, installation and support.
Cove was incredibly easy to purchase and the installation was straight forward. However, I did have an issue with one of my sensors and Erica was able to walk me though the process of resetting the sensor at 11 pm on a Sunday.
The touch screen UI looks quite awesome. The app is a bit basic but has all the key elements.
Call me impressed.

I have had Cove for a week or so now
I have had Cove for a week or so now. I will tell you that it is refreshing getting good customer service from a company you give your hard earned money to. They have been here for us every time we have called (even they called to check up on us) and have been not only professional, but knowledgeable. The last person that assisted me was named Denzel, he fixed my issue in a blink of an eye. Before I knew it, I was in my app after being unable to access it. I don’t see how Cove has gotten bad reviews, even though it’s impossible to satisfy everybody. I believe Cove they will continue providing a great service that allows my family to rest at night and continue to provide it with excellent customer service. Thank you Denzel for your quick problem solving and your great customer service. I hope Cove can continue to keep up such excellent service to its customers and integrating new tools to protect our home and family (ie key pad.) We will be lifelong customers if all this continues!

Clay was great!! I had installed a Cove home security system one year ago and was now wanting to order the new outdoor camera. The online order process was insisting on including the main panel which I already have. I went to "Chat" for assistance with Clay. He was fast responding and very helpful. Within just a few minutes my order was submitted and partially paid for using the $5.00/mo. {that accumulated to $60} from the monitoring fee over the past year. The remainder charged to my card. Clay was friendly, fast and responsive, a great person to work with!
