I continue to be amazed (in a good way) by Cove's customer service. Their response time is the best I've EVER experienced and they resolve issues extremely efficiently. John helped me today to change the shipping address of a backordered outdoor camera. It was only 2 minutes from the time I reached out via the form on the website to the first email response! John's emails were clear and prompt, and the issue was resolved right away.

To be honest, when I first got an account with Cove last week, I had doubts about their service because I had several disappointing experiences with their customer service. However, today I was helped by May S. In customer service who renewed my faith in Cove! She was very pleasant, personable and efficient. But the main thing was that Mary resolved all the issues I had transferring the account which several other reps either did not know how or refused to. Mary knew exactly what i needed and corrected things immediately and courteuosly! I am so grateful for Mary and hope I have the pleasure and good fortune of having her again should I need assistance from Cove! Thanks again Mary!

I wanted to order some outdoor cameras, but was getting a little turned around on the site. I contacted customer service via chat and spoke with Erika. She helped me order all the additional equipment I needed with ease. One of the best customer service reps I've dealt with!

Gudemel was a fantastic customer service representative, she not only answered all of my questions in depth to where I had the peace of mind and reassurance needed with being a first time user of Cove, she went out of her way to find me extra resources to solve problems that might occur in the future if problems were to ever persist. She was so patient with me as I completed my Cove set up, never once making me feel like I needed to hurry up off the phone, asked any stupid questions, or felt anything less than important. She was well versed in the company’s products so that she could effectively tell me step by step where and how to do things. I couldn’t of picked a better representative to be on the phone with. She completely made my first experience with Cove just that much better! She made me laugh, she was caring and patient with me as a working mom multitasking around the house and trying to install Cove, etc. If all of Coves’ representatives are like her, I am sure I picked the right company to trust my families safety with! Can’t say enough good things about Gudemel! She was simply a joy to talk to and just by our conversation has to be a true asset to the company by the pride she takes in her work! Customer service representatives truly are the face of the business because that is who old and new customers deal with and she is a prime example of stellar service!
