I have only had Cove for a brief time, and I have great things to say! The system was super easy to set up, and the customer service has been stellar! So glad that I made this decision after careful review of other systems. This was definitely the right choice for me.

We just got the Cove security system and so far it has been great. My husband set it up and he said that it was truly as easy as they say it is. We had some issues with our account, but Gracely Mae with their customer service team was extremely helpful and sweet. The one thing that (it doesn't bother me) bugs my husband is that their app isn't the best. Overall our experience has been good.

Problem activating system. Llyod walked me through the steps to get system up and running. Alao he canceled the 2nd system that qas oederes by mistake.

Simple set up and user friendly panel

The system was very easy to set up! It definitely helped naming the sensors prior to receiving them in the mail. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. We were having trouble figuring out how to arm the system away when leaving the house and the employee on the phone was incredibly helpful and kind!

Easy set up and i feel safe knowing this system has multiple ways of alerting me.

I explained that we were leaving town soon and asked for expedited shipping and received my equipment in 3 days. All the equipment seems to be high quality, even the boxes it comes in are high quality. Installation was easy with some help from customer service. I am having some trouble setting up the camera and waiting on a call from tech support. This is a great system and very affordable.

Excellent service. Very patient since it took over an hour to setup the new control panel but Lloyd was great about it. He made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Mary was also personable and efficient in providing instructions and answering my questions.
