So easy and complete

So easy and complete. I love how you can pick and choose what you want/need and be able to add things later. Also it was quite a bit less expensive than the system my local contractor quoted me. Setup was fairly easy but required a call.

Cove security system order corrections

I ordered a Cove Security system. I fat fingered my email address and my address, small mistakes but important. I requested from customer support to please fix my mistakes. All of this happened on a Saturday night. To my surprise Graceley with customer support on Sunday morning had made the corrections for me. Allowing me to have a peaceful feeling about Cove. I feel I have made the right choice. God Bless

Worth the money

This is my first security system , and I was skeptical about Cove. Turns out it’s a great system for its money. Easy to install and setup is very easy. The siren is very loud, and the equipment is very stylish. Very happy with my system and their service.

Amazing and fast service

Amazing and fast service! Great customer-oriented staff! Spoke with Isaiah about my concern ( faulty panel due to a crack on the screen) and the replacement would mean a bigger expense that I didn't have a budget for. I asked if I can arrange for a payment plan so I didn't have to pay the entire amount a single time. He amazed me when he was able to get me a new panel with a 50% discount! I'm beyond ecstatic since I definitely needed a new panel and I had the best deal. Highly recommend Isaiah for his efficiency and empathy! I wouldn't mind giving him a raise or a promotion if I'm his boss! His efficiency does speak highly of Cove's reputation for good, reliable service.

Cove security system was easy to setup

Cove security system was easy to setup. The walkthrough and guidance system on the base unit walks you through the installation step by step with both visual and voice prompts. Very easy. Also the text messages and emails from the system on monitoring events are within seconds sent to your phone. Much much faster than Simply Safe.
