We chose Cove for ease of use
We chose the Cove system for its ease of use and the good online reviews. It has all the instructions needed to install and set up the system. User panel is easy to use. Nothing complicated or left to the imagination. And the monthly monitoring free is with in our budget. I did call customer service about an order that I placed after the shipment of my system . They were extremely friendly and had my order on its way within a couple of hours of calling them. My experience with Cove has been 100% positive.
Pre-order questions
I had some questions before ordering....they were answered clearly. After my order, I did as the Cove Rep. told me and the process was exactly as she had explained. My system is yet to arrive--just ordered it today, but I'm highly impressed with the responsive customer service thus far. I'll keep ya' posted!
I had to have a new control panel send…
I had to have a new control panel send to me. I called Cover Tech support to get help hooking it up. I got a gentlemen by the name of Adrien. Adrien stayed on the phone with me and guided me step by step on how to set up and connect my new control panel. He was VERY patient, kind, and VERY polite. He kept asking me if I was okay during the process of hooking up my new control panel. He made me feel like I was important and he cared about helping me to make sure I was able to get everything hooked up correctly. I am glad that Cove employees people like Adrien to help out people like me. Thank you Cove, and thank you Adrien, ( your awesome).

This was a difficult situation where I had 2 Cove accounts. Jude Emal with customer service caught the problem and cancelled one of the accounts. We confirmed the activated account with an alarm.

For the most part our experience has…
For the most part our experience has been good so far with Cove. Our cameras are on backorder and we were not told that ahead of time so that part is very disappointing but when we discussed this with customer service they did their best to accommodate and were very friendly. We have yet to have any alarms triggered so I can't speak to the response time of things but so far so good.

A wonderful support team.
From purchasing to delivery to installation, all went very smoothly. Cove's support team is just wonderful. A week ago, one of the door sensor was having intermittent problem and finally it stopped working. The Cove team guided me all the way to test and determine that the sensor was defective and they promptly sent me a replacement. They are responsive and helpful. It is a wonderful experience.
