A good choice for home security.
We recently moved into a new home and I researched some security systems and decided to go with Cove based on our needs, price, and reviews I had read about them. I just finished setting everything up, which was super easy by the way, and realized I needed more equipment. I called them around 11pm and it was easy to get through to someone. I couldn't believe it! Ordering was easy. The Cover agent was very helpful and easy to talk to and we got everything sorted out within minutes. Hands down the best system and customer service I've ever experienced from a home security provider.

My call was answered quickly after very reasonable, simple prompts. Dimple, the representative, actively listened to what I needed and provided me with exactly what I asked for. GREAT SERVICE. She was kind, friendly and knowledable. I would hire her in a minute.
I had an issue with me sensors
I had an issue with me sensors. In the past, when a sensor was triggered such as door was opened, the panel would announce Front door. For some reason, the panel stopped making the announcement when the door was triggered.
I called for tech support. A person picked up immediately. They listened to the issue I was having and talked me through the process to correct it. My system was working properly again in about 12 minutes of talking me through the issue. I received excellent tech support and happy to be a customer with Cove!

i have called Cove several times in the last days as I was haviing trouble accessing my camers on my phone. I called tonight and spoke with a gentleman named Jumel and he as other associates have done ask me to hold a moment as he made some changes to my account so that I could access it again. And what do you know, whatever he did it finally worked with his knowledge and help I now can see my cameras clearly on my phone. I am so happy to have this fixed and able to see again. I love my cove system.

My Cove Security System arrived yesterday. Installation was very simple and straightforward. I did run into a small issue with bringing my motion sensors online, but that was quickly resolved with a phone call to Cove. Today I had some cleaning people working in my basement and they set off my flood alarm. I was very pleased as I was not home at the time, to receive a call and several texts from Cove stating a flood condition in my house. No real flood,But I was glad to receive a text and phone calls so quickly. I highly recommend Cove Security System.

Got the system set up at our new home. Super simple set up but I couldn't log into the app. It kept telling me that my credentials were invalid when I knew that they were correct.

The person I spoke with yesterday 9/13/21 was extremely helpful. She was polite and genuinely interested in solving the problem of my self setup of the system. Unfortunately I will be needing a replacement door sensor but she truly tried to exhaust all options before it came to that and I felt like she cared.

Happy with my 1st Home Security System!
I'm a 1st time home buyer and this is my 1st home security system ever! I called Cove for additional assistance with my door and window sensors pertaining to naming and installing them. I had a few hiccups as I have metal doors and frames that interfered. Cedric was able to help with magnetic spacers and was so patient with me and understanding...and I mean PATIENT!!! I've worked in the customer service field for 18 years and I would have given up on me from the start, but he just stayed on the phone with me assisting and confirming all was good each step of the way. Cedric provided AWESOME service and I already know Cove is going to be as well! I look forward to a safe and secure home and am certain I made the right decision with choosing COVE!
Ordered a system with about 25 windows…
Ordered a system with about 25 windows and doors. Had trouble on some casement windows with inside screen. There was no possible way to mount the window sensors on these windows. This would have been the case with any other company too. I am planning on protecting this window wall with a glass breakage detector when they are available. Everything else worked perfectly as expected. Whole system up and running in about 2 hours. Hardest thing was uninstalling the old sensors. I have been contacted twice already to make sure all is well. This is how things should be.
