Cove's customer service 2nd to none

Cove's customer service has been 2nd to none since signing up. Just recently, Denzel, helped me immensely. I needed to set my wife up with an account and did not have access to my panel since it was at our vacation house. He went above and beyond assisting me on setting it up remotely.

I hate to tell you how great COVE has been because I don't want to ruin it! :) They have been absolutely amazing. We have numerous rentals with numerous security systems. We went with COVE for our own home and I am so pleased we did. Easy set up, customer service is second to none and the equipment supersedes the others. Shhhhhh...don't tell everyone, I want to keep them my own little secret.

Cove agents are helpful

I called Cove for the 2nd time today regarding an issue with one of my sensors that had been resolved on the first call. A new equipment is to be sent after attempts at troubleshooting. The problem was, the new equipment is to be sent to an old address. Judy helped me out in finding ways to address the issue and also removed my old address and updated my account with my current shipping/billing address to avoid confusion.

Gracely Mae at Covid Support has been SO helpful, with great answers, insight and quick with ordering me additional sensors. She has been a great pleasure to work with!

Easy to set up, easy to use, and even easier to get help when I needed it. Adrian was great to work with and got us set up with what we needed when we wanted to add equipment. I have used other systems/companies in the past and always experienced issues and false alarms but not with Cove. Highly recommend.
