Rod responded to my email, he was knowledgeable and extremely prompt and helpful. All my questions were answered and my certificate was in my email in a matter of minutes. Just receive my new Cove security…
Just receive my new Cove security system on yesterday and was setting it up and ran into some technical difficulties. Called customer support and spoke with Jumel in technology who was able to assist us and resolve the problem. Jumel was very patient, courteous, and helpful. He did not rush the process of assisting us. Jumel is truly a value employee and Cove is lucky to have him working. I do hope in the future other technicians will be able to assist us the way Jumel did. Thank you Jumel! So far we love the Cove security system great product.
