Cove customer service has been impeccable even before signing up with them. Carlson Jalapit is the most recent rep who helped me with my issue - he confirmed my concern and provided a resolution towards it really quickly. He was very fast, courteous and knowledgeable. I'm excited to see how Cove holds up in the real world!

From the very beginning, Cove customer service personnel have been extremely courteous, professional and helpful to me. They answered all my questions and provided me with guidance and always remained on the line until my questions and concerns were resolved. They made me feel like my concerns and questions were very important to Cove and at the beginning of all conversations the customer service person assured me that he/she would resolve my issues. At this point, I feel like I am a part of the Cove family.

This is our very first day using Cove and after talking to another chat rep I don’t think he was understanding me and I got ignored and Lloyd took care and charge and got me all set up and helped get all the errors fixed, was able to help me gain access to the Cove App and answered all my questions! Cove installation

I ordered system, installed and all seemed well. Had communication issues, evidently AT & T is between 3g and LTE where I live. A few different techs attempted to restore communication with monitoring system over the next few days. Would work and not work periodically. They sent me a new panel. We just installed, named sensors and tested communication. So far so good (fingers crossed!)... Customer service has been very good, helpful techs.

Customer service is incredible. Denzel deserves a 10 outta 5 honestly. They solved everything so quickly and easily in only few emails thee same day. It was a painless and excellent experience. They even solved problems unrelated to my initial inquiry. Although I wish y'all as a company would ship with someone other than FedEx they keeping losing and delaying my packages from everyone.
