Installation Assistance was Top Notch

I needed help with sensors and Edison did a great job directing me on activating the four fire +CO sensors. He then assisted me in verifying all of my sensors were active. Edison was very patient and knowledgeable. Certainly gives me confidence that when I need assistance, Cove has the personnel to deliver excellent agents.

Excellent equipment at affordable price. The Customer Services is the best, especially Dhen one of there Customer Services Agent. I confronted an issues with my password that was my fault and Dhen went above and beyond to help me, very quick and professional showing clearly is knowledge of the system. After years to be with ADT, I changed to Cove and I don't regret the move at all!
