I am an IT tech with 13 years of experience. I am a first time user of Cove Security, I was able to speak with my sales agent Jeremy, that took care of me as like I was his own personal customer. He made sure that I had everything I needed and got my system out to me quickly and on time. I made a call in to Customer Service over the weekend and spoke with the Teir 1 customer service and they were able to help me with basic questions, but did submit a ticket to Tier 2 customer service so that any other questions I had could be answered. I received a call today from Mr. Dallin, he exceeded my expectations of customer service. Mr. Dallin was on point of being able to answer ever single question I asked him and trust me I asked a lot of questions. When I asked questions that I thought would normally throw a customer service agent for a loop, he was on point and able to answer everything I threw at him. Mr. Dallin took my questions and concerns just as my sales agent Jeremy did, and treated me like I was his own personal friend and we had known each other for years. Both my sales agent, Jeremy, and my Tier 2 customer service agent, Mr. Dallin, treated me with respect, kindness, and as a human being and not just another number that they needed to either make a sale or to hurry off the phone to make sure to meet their quota for time management for calls. In closing, so far I have had not a single issue with my system, nor customer service. And I would recommend this system and company to ANYONE looking for a home security company that will treat you like a person and not just another number. Best customer service I’ve ever had with an alarm company. They are quick to Answer questions and they are quick to fixing problems. There senors are made of good quality and everything works like it should. I drive a semi truck. And gone for weeks at a time. There no better thing, then a piece of mind and a great alarm company to put my trust in.

Lots of bang for your $, a caring company

I spent a lot of time looking for a security system that wouldn't cost a fortune upfront. CoveSmart was by far the best security investment. Everything we received (a touchscreen panel, two motion sensors, three window sensors, two door sensors, a fire alarm, two key remotes, yard sign and window decals) were excellent quality and only cost us the monthly monitoring fee upfront. We recently had a break in attempt, and property stolen... Which is what prompted the search for a good security system. After talking to over a dozen security system companies, Cove Smart was the best choice. They won us over with their excellent customer service, and step by step help and thorough answers to our questions. The CoveSmart system took only 20 minutes to install and was EXTREMELY easy for our three kids to learn and use. The mobile app is convenient, and the instatext feature is awesome. Cove has been great

Cove has been great thus far but I will have to see more to give a concise review. The setup was fairly easy but I did run into one issue but customer service was able to walk me though the solution. They were very helpful and open to making sure my experience was positive. I would definitely recommend them.
