When my previous attacker moved into my neighborhood and the police said they couldn’t help me, I was devastated. My husband and I started looking into alarm systems to protect our family. I love that Cove was so easily customizable to what we needed! They were so helpful with the installation - even with my dogs going crazy in the back! It feels so good to know that I have protection in place now. I feel safe again in my own home and that is something no one should be without.

Easy to setup. Panel looks cool and easy to use. Their customer service is excellent. You can text or call them anytime. They also followup with you to make sure everything is good.

Cove has been great

Cove has been great! The costumer service people have been so nice and very pleasant to talk too. The equipment is super easy to install and program. I especially love the key remotes, they make arming and disarming the system a breeze.

We purchased the Cove system after researching many alarm companies ,the system is very easy to install with great features that you can customize yourself. One of the deciding factors was that it did not need wi-fi to operate it is a stand alone unit. Cove is a breeze

From purchase to install everything was as easy as I could have hoped. Shipping was quick and the package arrived faster than planned. Setup took all of about 30 minutes and that included a phone call with tech support. Text message response from tech support is quick and thorough. They even have a sense of humor! All dealings I have had with the monitoring staff have been great as well. Recommend you giving this system a look!

Our experience with Cove Security has been great and we are very pleased with how easy the system is to use. The security system was easy to install and the control panel is interactive and extremely user friendly. Above all, the customer service has been amazing. We had a problem with one of our door sensors being too far away from the control panel and customer service worked with us and found a solution. We highly recommend Cove Security!

I’ve already told several people about my new system after they’ve brag on theirs! I used to have brinks in my other home but I couldn’t talk directly to the operator from my alarm pad. And I set the back door off on perpuse and within seconds the were calling for my code to verify it was us! I love it

Best Home Security System Hands Down!

From easy setup to 5 star customer service this company is the best hands down. All of their products are made with quality. The security panel is intuitive and easy to use. Just the other day we had heavy rain and water came into my basement and literally 20-30 seconds from when the alarm went off Cove Monitoring Center called to verify the alarm. Talk about fast response time!! Thank you Cove!! I had another security system before and their service was a 1 star. The response time was horrible and customer service was the same. A lot of companies are just out for the money and not the customer. But Cove cares about their customer and the product they sell.
