I had ADT previously in my home. I was surprise those sensors worked with this system! The system itself is easy to use and the best part the customer service is on point!! They will go above and beyond!! I did have some issues with a couple sensors, but it was my fault for user error. Customer service helped and was easy to take care of. I'm happy that the family has something just in case! Thank you Cove!

So Far so Good.. .

Was the fasted delivery and had exactly everything I ordered & packaged safely for my home. Extremely easy to set up & install, didnt take more than 30 minutes for everything including the yard sign & window stickers. My only issue was getting the peel & stick on the back of the sensors , to actually stick.we had to purchase a gorilla tape to reinforce them. Love that we can actually talk to our animals thru the camera...

I had a good experience in the past…

I had a good experience in the past with Livewatch in my business before I retired. They charged $34.95 per month with no contract and I bought the equipment. When they merged with another company and became Brinks Security, the 3 year mandatory contract came and I decided to look for a new supplier in our new condo in a new city. The condo builders offered their system with a 3 year, $35 or more per month contract. No thanks. I found Cove and they met my requirements for self install, easy to use, no contract $14-$24 per month option (and had much better reviews than Simplisafe). So I accept the slight risk that Cove is a fairly new company and am very happy with the first days of my install. Easy to reach on the phone when I have a question. They offered a YI brand camera since they can't beat YI's quality with a house brand camera so far, and would rather have me happy with the YI's excellent features. If you have even a little experience with sticking up sensors or can read ahead of time so you don't have a motion detector pointing toward a window where it could pick up street traffic or pedestrians outside, then you should be able to set this up easily. I agree with the excellent ratings others have given so far.

Great experience with Cove

Only the first week with my new Cove home security system but everything so far is great. Equipment looks well made and operates perfectly. As I understand it, the system will not work with smart home devices but I don’t care. I wanted a good quality system and monitoring service at a reasonable price that provides basic protection and Cove fits the bill perfectly. Install couldn’t hardly be any easier and so far their customer service has been top notch. During setup and initial testing I made 3 calls to customer support and/or the monitoring center and got quick response and accurate help. I did plenty of research on various competitors’ services and saw lots of complaints, mostly about customer service. Even though the system works great, it’s good to know you can count on reliable customer service if you need it. Only issue there is that customer service is on Pacific time and I’m on eastern time but dealing with that is a minor sacrifice to make for good responsive service.

Super helpful staff

Super helpful staff, and I love all the hardware I received and I was able to easily install everything on my house. My house now feels secure and safe whe I am home and away. The app is still being refined hut it definately works in arming and disarming the alarm remotely.

Customer service definitely comes first with this company. It has amazing associates that goes above and beyond and makes everything so simple. Easy to see why these guys are making it to the top of the list for security companies.

Awesome experience

Awesome experience! Dallin was amazing and walked me through a few little bumps in the installation process (problem was on our weird house, not the product!) I am SO pleased we chose to go with Cove, I’ve already been raving to friends and family!

The people at Cove are amazingly awesome. The setup process was fast and easy. Kylo helped me with answering a few questions and was very patient with me over the phone. I know for sure this was a great investment.

Super easy to set up, got here pretty quick, had an issue when I first got it but called and they walked me through how to fix it. Had it set up for a few days and it's great so far. Would definitely recommend them nothing bad so far!

Great system that was easy to setup. No frills and does what its supposed to. Only criticism is their partnership with Yi for cameras. They are notorious for horrible privacy policies.
