Only had Cove for 2 weeks, had 2 false alarms (getting used to an alarm system all over again) and both times they called me but I missed their calls; So they called my emergency numbers, within seconds after calling me to ensure that I was safe. They don’t wait for anything. Their response time is very FAST!

The Installation was very easy and was up in about 30 minutes. Some of my sensors for my windows are named as doors but the customer service was very helpful on how to fix it. Would Highly recommend!

The customer service is amazing! The system works perfectly and it works with Alexa. You can arm and disarm the system in so many ways, key fob, cell phone, Alexa, and panel.

Nothing but positive things about this company. I received my product on new year's eve and decided to hook it up. Had a little trouble and called the number as directed for customer support. It wasn't an emergency that i hook it up that day, I left a message stating that. Not even 5 minutes passed and Ryan called me from an event he was attending and figured it out in a couple minutes. Amazing customer service. You really don't see that anymore today. System works great, called a couple more times since then and still get the same experience every time. Super happy with cove!

I recently purchased cove equipment and I would recommend it to my family and friends. It was an easy set up and yet I had a small problem with one of my sensors and I called customer support and they helped me with my problem. They were willing to help and took the time out to help me step by step on how to set up my sensors. I received my equipment in the mail and it wasn’t all this wiring and hard to read manual I was really surprised at how easy it was to set up!! I got all my equipment and love my camera! I especially love the no contract! Thank you Cove for easing my peace of mind and helping protect my home and family!

As with anything that I anticipate…

As with anything that I anticipate purchasing for my home, I did my "due diligence" in researching DIY home security systems. After about a month of researching and reading reviews on various home security systems, I decided to go with CoveSmart Security. Unlike other security companies that were rather pushy, or other companies that said one thing over the phone and something completely different in person, Cove was honest, straight forward and what I received was exactly what the Cove team said I would. Delivery of the system to my door was prompt and the packaging was exceptionally neat and secure. Setting up the system is absolutely fool proof and went off without a hitch. The control panel actually prompts you through each and every step on setting up the door and window sensors, the glass break and the motion sensor. After initializing each component, the touch screen face of the control panel confirms proper operation and then guides you through to the subsequent steps. After completing set-up, the control panel lets you know that all is well and a call is automatically placed to Cove which further verifies correct system set up. There is a tutorial booklet that comes with the system as well as Youtube videos to help you in case you have a question about the system. Lastly, I called Cove tech. support just to make sure all is well and they answered the few questions that I had. Their Cove tech. support team is excellent, totally knowledgeable and very courteous. The price for the system is contingent on what items you would like and that too, is straight forward and easy to understand. The monthly subscription for the monitoring service is well within the price range of what anyone should expect to pay and was actually lower than other companies. I chose the three year agreement and am happy I did. The system also comes with window stickers and a nifty sign for your front yard, easily notifying anyone that your home is protected. As for video surveillance, you can order an indoor camera that is a full 1080 pixels, unlike other companies that only offer 720 pixels. Let's face it, if you ever need to identify someone that breaks into your home, you're going to want the clearest video and the 1080 pixel camera will do just that. And a really nice feature with the camera is two way audio. I would definitely recommend a Cove Security system to anyone. You simply cannot go wrong!!!!!

Just received my Cove System today, hooked it up by myself, super easy! Called to add some more products to my system, and was walked through to learn how to test my alarm! Very helpful and fun customer service! Great company! I have already referred one neighbor and she got Cove! I will be referring more! Thank you, again, for the great service!

In the weeks leading up to Christmas

In the weeks leading up to Christmas; my son and son in law couldn't seem to guess what I got them for Christmas and were happily surprised and over the moon when they opened this gift! The gift of "security!" By far a unique gift! I had thought what could I get them this year that would be much different than the typical pair of pj's and saw an ad for Cove on Facebook. I looked into it and saw how easy the set up was and compared it to other security systems. Once I also saw how affordable the monthly payments were; I was in! My son set mine up during Christmas day and I believe he had it fully set up and ready to arm in under an hour! The prompts guide you through in record time! I am now secure while at home and for my kids and grand kids; I feel comfort in knowing they are now safe as well! Thanks Cove! I have been so absolutely happy with…

I have been so absolutely happy with Cove. I previously had a SimpliSafe system and this surpasses it in everyway! I have enjoyed every time that I have called and talked to their support. They greet by name and seem genuinely interested in how I feel about the product. I feel same in my home knowing that Cove is watching out for me. I also appreciate that they are actively developing new hardware with options to upgrade in place. I could not be happier to be with Cove.

I’m very pleased so far.

I’ve had my Cove system installed for a week now. I’m quite satisfied with the app and the equipment. I’ve had and used other systems and my initial impressions with Cove are very good. Set up was pretty painless, even with me refusing to review the instruction. The panel guided the whole process. I’m really impressed at how well everything works. Most people’s cell phones don’t work in my house, due to the location, and the Cove panel still has a solid connection. I’d like to see some future integration with Google Home or a camera, but otherwise I’m very pleased and excited to watch this product develop and add features.
