I did a lot of research prior to committing to an up and coming alarm company. I must say I was impressed by their support staff. They all were very helpful and supportive and helped me get the system installed properly. I definitely recommend trying Cove Smart. It's easy to set up and the system itself is of quality build and craftsmanship. Their panel is amazing unlike many other competitors that do not offer an LCD display. Great job Cove and in short order I dont doubt you will be the best alarm company in the market. I will be referring friends and family.

Cove has the best customer service. Due to my work schedule, I am always at work when the regular business hours are so when I ran into an issue, luckily they have after hour technical support so I could get the help I needed to have my system up and running! The customer service and technical support staff are all so nice, helpful, and just overall amazing! I’m happy I chose this system over all others!

One of the best customer service calls I've ever had. I switched from ADT which had no chance compared to the features Cove offers. Dallin Harmon was attentive and on the ball when it came to my requests. Give that man a raise! He knows the system inside and out, I felt like I was talking to one of the founders of the system. Would I recommend Cove to a friend? Hell yes I would and will moving forward. Thanks again for confirming that the choice I made to switch was not only financial, but also a choice made for awesome customer service. ADT can suck it.

I was to install my equipment with no issues. I love the ability to operate from the app. I called customer service and was given great service. The only negative I is you need a separate app to use the video camera.

After buying a new home I began researching home security companies for a dependable, reasonably priced system. I came across Cove Security online and read a great number of reviews written by customers already signed up with Cove. I also read many reviews of several competing companies. Even though Cove has not been in business as long as the others I was impressed with how satisfied their customers seemed to be. I decided to take a gamble with Cove for three main reasons: customer satisfaction to date, cost & ease of DIY equipment installation and no cost replacement of defective equipment if the system was purchased up front.
After receiving the system I purchased, installation of the sensors was very easy as well as setup of the control panel. Documentation sent with new systems could use some improvement but it is fairly simple to figure out how to change settings such as: renaming the sensors, changing delay duration before system arms and so on. There is online FAQs to help.
I haven’t had it long but it has been working very well; no problems so far. I can’t comment on the monitoring end since I haven’t had any intrusions and I hope I don’t so I am putting my trust in it should it ever happen. I would have had to do the same had I chosen any other company. I did read reviews from other Cove customers who commented on how effectively the monitoring did work when they experienced break-ins or other occurrences which boosted my confidence in choosing Cove.

I wasn't expecting to get my equipment so fast, I placed the order on a Friday and got my equipment on the next day. Their customer service is very helpful and installing the equipment can't get any easier with the step by step instructions. I had placed an order with one company and saw covesmart and I got them instead of the other company, not to mention I got my equipment free, plus a free camera. I cannot say enough good things about COVE. This was my first alarm system purchase, ever, and I could not have chosen a better company.
