I, too, am a former ADT customer. Got really tired of their quarterly bill increases. I reviewed 5-6 different companies and was very impressed with Coves reviews. I wondered if Cove could be as good as their reviews. Ordered my equipment, set it up yesterday, and I can vouch that they are as advertised. Outstanding company to do business and great customer service. Highly recommend.

Easy to order, quick delivery and super easy to install. Customer service is spot on perfect. I had ADT for years and for some reason or another they wouldnt transfer my services to my new apartment. I was on the hunt. After reading reviews and doing my research - I am so glad I choice Cove. ADT did me a favor. I have an amazing new system with a camera and its 50% less expensive. I can definately say I'll be a customer for years to come. Thank you Cove you guys are amazing.

I absolutely love this system. I took advantage of the introductory price of getting the system for a $1 and just knew this was going to be a cheap system. On the contrary, it’s a great system, easy to set up and use.

The setup and install was way easier than I thought it would be. The control panel is also easy to navigate and all the sensors work very well. The pricing is unbeatable compared to other home security systems, including the DIY ones. It's perfect for people who don't have the best of credit. The customer service team has been a lifesaver and totally understanding when I accidentally set my alarm off and could not remember my password, the police showed up in under 10 min from the time I got the call from the monitoring center asking if everything was okay. I was able to reset my forgotten password with tech support and they helped walk me through my other questions and setup. Definately would recommend, especially for first timers

I first noticed this company through a Facebook ad. I was a little skeptical because I had never heard of them before. They seemed really nice and cool in the comment section of the Facebook ad, they were responding in a very friendly manner to anyone who had questions and they were even responding with GIFs which I thought was really funny and cool. Even after looking into the company a little bit, I looking into some of the big name security companies and they just weren't the same. Complicated websites and not nearly as helpful. Went immediately back to Coves site and bought my system. Support team is friendly and very helpful. Discussed a system bug with someone and they notified me that a fix was being put out. I would recommend this system to anyone and especially if it is your first time getting a security system. Thanks cove!
Best Security System
I came across a Cove add on FB. I did a lot of research and what surprised me was all the excellent reviews even though there wasn't a lot to go with since they just started their company. From the beginning of ordering the sensors to the fast shipping and easy self install. Not to mention the exceptional customer service everyone is so happy to assist. Just WOW!! I LOVE COVE!! I already got my sister to order them too. Their equipment is really great not cheap at all. I work for one of the top security alarm systems in the world but i would NOT dare to go with them due to how expensive and long term their contracts are. I truly recommend Cove. I know they will become one of the biggest companies yet!

Cove is one of the best!
Cove was so easy to set up! I always feel so protected and secure with this system and best of all it's affordable. I enjoy the fact that I'm technically not in a contract and I also like that they are so quick to respond and "listen in" if the alarm is ever set off. I haven't had any complaints and I've been a customer since October 2018.
