I just received my Cove Security System…

I just received my Cove Security System and it was very simple to setup. I had to contact CS for a small issue with one of my sensors not working and they were very knowledgeable and professional, solved my issue with ease. So far everything is good and I would definitely recommend purchasing.

So far so good. The system was incredibly easy to set up, and the customer service thus far was great. All I wanted was a security system that was monitored, with smoke detectors, and this provided all my needs at a great price.

So far my experience with Cove has been great! Awesome customer support, I talked to Dallin and he was very friendly and welcoming and took care of my issues right away!!! That’s what I was looking for - a company that’s dependable!!

cove is great so far!

I have had my cove alarm for 2 weeks and it works flawlessly so far. It was easy to install great customer support. The system is easy to use. I have had the big name alarm company’s in the past that overcharge you for install and monitoring. The cove system works just as good. I have had the system go off a couple times and cove monitoring called right away to see if everything was ok. One of the times my father in-law didn’t get to the key pad in time to disarm it and the other time I had the motion sensor setting on a shelf not high enough and our dog set it off. So from my experience so far I think it is a great system and would recommend it over the over priced big name companies. You don’t have to spend a lot of money to have a good security system!

Had a problem with your monitoring center today and I called with my concerns, not only was your rep awesome and felt bad that we had an issue he firstly fixed the problem and then went above and beyond making it right! Other alarm companies would not have cared. Thank you!

Switched From ADT. Cove is amazing!

Cove is amazing. Easy to install as advertised. Support is very friendly and helpful. I switched from ADT where I was paying double and was not getting the features I have with Cove. Much more bang for my buck and definitely a better investment than ADT.

Have not gotten the system yet. I talked to customer service to give them my alarm permit number. The customer service rep was really kind and professional. Cant wait to get the system. It can't come quick enough! set the alarm up and love it. Thank you for putting your customers first. I love cove ❤️

Hi I purchased my system for my new…

Hi I purchased my system for my new apartment about a month ago. The video says it easy to install. I myself wasn’t convinced so I kept thinking I didn’t have time in my busy schedule to get it done so I just let it sit in the box for about a month, Finally I decided to give it a try and it actually took me less than a half hour to complete. It was that easy. Smh. Now I’m set up for protection thanks to Cove. The customer center I interacted with was professional and courteous. I’m so excited about this and I Pray that I don’t hear any alarms but if I do I know Cove has my back. Thank you Cove family

My wife and I decided to try Cove Security. We placed our order and in less than a week had it installed. Installation took less than 20 minutes and the customer support called as I was setting it up to help activate it. We accidentally set it off while trying to test it and mine and my wife’s phones were ringing in less than 10 seconds. Our house feels so much more secure now. If you’re in the market for a security system, Cove is a great place to start!
