Top quality product and customer service!

Just set my system up today! We live in a mobile home so all the windows are doors are ground level. This works like a charm! And it’s the absolute cheapest price I’ve ever found for a security system for so many windows and doors! I love it! Set up was easy, and when I had any questions I got answers immediately. Even on a day they weren’t in office I got a support text convo to help me out! Amazing! So far it’s amazing. The app is so convenient and the key fobs are gold!

Easy, not expensive and it works!

I installed the system myself went through all the tests and got the all good signal. We had our neighbors watching our house and feeding our dogs when we went out of town. They forgot to disarm the alarm and I got a call. Checked the camera and saw that it was the neighbor and told them it was good. Didn't answer the call the next time it happened and an officer was dispatched to my house. So now I know it works.

Nothing but a great experience

Nothing but a great experience. The system was very simple to set up, and easy to expand if you decide to add to it. I had a "traditional" alarm company at my previous residence, and it was a total ripoff. Expensive hardware, lousy service. Cove has been flawless, and very affordable. Thank you!

My home was broken into about a year ago. And ever since then I’ve felt scared to leave my house unattended. I would be in public places worried that someone might be breaking into my house and I would rush home. I decided to get a security system for my home. I looked everywhere and could find one to my liking. They were either too expensive or not good enough. I then saw an ad on Facebook about Cove and saw that they had great reviews and it was extremely affordable. So I decided to try Cove, and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made. My family and I feel safe knowing my home is being monitored 24/7. We feel like we have our lives back. The equipment was easy to setup and so far it has been a great experience all around and I would recommend Cove to anyone.

Moving is the worst and I feel like I…

Moving is the worst and I feel like I can never get my security system installed fast enough when I'm in a new place - until now. From box opening to full installation, it took less than an hour and required no additional equipment except a chair to stand on. I had trouble with my connection, so I called in and got a technician helping me every step of the way in a real, down-to-earth way...even outside of business hours. I'll sleep easier tonight!

This was amazingly fast! The hardest part of putting Cove in was taking another company’s product OUT. The installation took about 10 minutes, and I didn’t need any technicians to “guide me” through use. The staff at customer care were super nice and helpful.

Glad I chose Cove over another DIY system!!!

I found cove by chance. I was actually doing searches trying to find out about Simply Safe and low and behold Facebook ran an ad for Cove (among other systems). I'm super glad they did. After comparing the 2 systems it became clear that Cove was exactly what I was looking for. Not only could I build my own system but I was given the option of not paying anything upfront (aside from the first like $34) which wasn't what I needed, but it ended up being what I went with since I knew we were headed for a vacation and were trying to save. After receiving my system 3 days after I ordered it I was instantly impressed. I love the touchscreen base they have and I literally just plugged it in, and it prompted me now to install each sensor. That took a total of about 15mins and I have a total of 7 devices installed. Thanks to user error I got to experience their excellent customer service I'd read about. While installing my sensors one wasn't being read by the main panel. I called customer service at 11pm on a Saturday night and was given a call back about 10mins later by a technician and I'm kicking myself for not remembering his name because he was freaking AWESOME!!. Come to find out I didn't have the sensor close enough to its paired piece...easy peezy fix but this gentleman went through the rest of my setup with me and didn't disconnect until I was sure I knew every single detailed I wanted to know about the system. So far the alarms been triggered 3 times, all false alarms due to us forgetting we have a system and opening up our doors in the morning after initiating "night mode". Which is a feature I loooove. This system has led to some of the best nights of sleep I've had since living in our place. We rent in a not so great side of town and just knowing Cove has our backs whilst my family and I sleep has been so relieving. They call within a matter of 30 seconds once the alarms triggered and it has just been such a great experience all around with them thus far. The pricing is as fair as anyone else and I even got a free camera which has 2 way audio (my research found that simply safes camera didn't have that feature at the time I was looking at least) Thank you so so much to the entire Cove team, from the people that packaged and sent our system, to the gentleman on the phone who helped me troubleshoot it and the people that have called to verify we are indeed safe and so is our home. I highly highly recommend this system to anyone looking to add a secure layer of protection to their home. It will give you such a peace of mind and you're hearing it from me that it's totally worth it!!!

Had trouble originally signing into the app on my phone, but after chatting with the online chat help person it got straightened out quickly. The camera system has a nice high resolution. Very clear. Love that you can have the sound on this also.
