Do not over look this company
Well we just got our system 3days ago. It was a chance purchase because we knew they where a new company, but reviews where good. We caught this on a Father's Day discount and custom built our system for about $346.00 this included an extra camera. We ordered it on a Monday and it arrived Wednesday by FedEx pretty fast if you ask me. It was a step by step breeze to install. We accidentally set it off by my own fault and the call back response was insanely fast, I didn't even have time to hit cancel on panel before we recieved a call. The customer service is hands down the best we have ever experienced ever. The app took a bad rap I believe but understand why. The app is a little complicated to set up correctly to include multiple users however I should have called customer service it would have been resolved quicker. The camera does not integrate with system and has a standalone app and cloud fee, which I know would deter some people it did not bother us. Because we purchased the system there is no contract fee, I repeat no contract fee. We pay 24.99 for full 24/7 survallenc and peace of mind. So far this has been the best investment we have made and we are so glad to be out of the confines of our past alarm company.

First time ever having a security…
First time ever having a security system. I was in the air between companies and even unmonitored systems and was weary of diy install systems until I found this company one day. The system installs extremely easy and works through at&t cell phone signal. It also looks very easy to add additional sensors and the system is very cheap monthly as well. I highly recommend to anyone. 5/5 stars!
Extremely easy setup and customer service
Extremely easy setup progress. I had one minor hiccup getting the cellphone app functioning so I contacted customer service who was quick to respond and had the issue corrected in about 10 mins after fixing the problem remotely.
They also assisted me with returning 3 sensors which will not work with my basement windows. While doing so they gave me all the information needed to return the sensors and are assisting me in swapping them out with the necessary equipment for my residence.
The customer service is excellent and second to nothing I have experienced at this point.

First of all, the system was incredibly easy to install. All components where shipped suoer fast, packed well, with simple directions to follow. The emails where filled with useful videos, and FAQ links as well. I've spoken to customer support a few times, and my phone calls where quickly routed to just the right area. Tech support adressed my questions verbally, as well as with email follow ups!

I was searching around for an affordable monitored security system and came across Cove. There weren’t too many reviews online but I decided to take a chance and order a customized home security system. I received my equipment in 3 days and had the system installed and active in about a half an hour. The equipment is not cheap at all and very durable. The customer service at Cove is top notch. Very little wait to talk to a REAL person on the other line. They are very respectful and attentive to any issue. I am extremely happy with Cove thus far. Very good company.

Best customer service ever in home secuirty
Cove has the most knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely helpful staff that I have come across in home security. They spend time answering questions and are not pushy salespeople. Their customer service is the reason I chose them. The equipment appears to be of quality so far since everything is still under the 60 day return policy. The selection of equipment fits my needs but first and foremost is the people who work there. The only thing I hope they soon come up with is a louder siren that is separate from the touchscreen. But after calling dozens of alarm companies, Cove is my number one choice.

I absolutely love this system! As a military spouse my daughter and I are home by ourselves a lot. I did my research , I read reviews and I am so happy I went with Cove. Home security should not break the bank or be complicated. My entire process from ordering my equipment, to the shipping being super quick, to setting it up was seamless and quick and easy. I did have to contact customer support to help me with setting up my APP and it super easy and completed in 5 minutes. I highly recommend this company and their products. They even called me to make sure I had no issues and to confirm I was happy with the services. The entire system is so user friendly and the app is just as easy.
Great Customer Service
Just installed my Cove security system and ran into a couple of issues - my doors have very ornate molding surrounding them, so I had a problem placing the door sensors close to each other. The customer service rep, Ryan, helped me by having me text him a pic of my door setup and he quickly figured out a solution! I also had a problem with the phone app, but he took the time to fix the issue himself and followed up with me. The rest of the system works well and is user friendly, but I’m already impressed with the phenomenal customer service! I am very pleased with the attention to detail and level of care they have placed on their product and service.

I ran into some issues when I initially was setting up my system and contacted them vis fb. They replied almost immediately with the solution. I ended up with another issue and was asked to call and he led me through the process of renaming the device. From there on it was a walk in the park.
