We enjoyed a week break Drimsynie Estate holiday park as an extended family. Our lodge was lovely, spacious and clean. The kitchen facilities were good and suited our needs. The family thoroughly enjoyed taking part in a variety of activities and over the week. Justin, from Go Active on the site, was a great archery teacher and he was really patient with our boys as they tried to learn this new sport. Karen, also from the Go Active team, was wonderful with my son and helped him get over his fears about riding a bike without stabilisers. She was so kind and patient. Both Justin and Karen are an asset to the holiday park and go that extra mile for people during their stay. For those looking for relaxation, I couldn't recommend Lisa the masseuse enough. She's friendly and makes you feel comfortable, as well as a very talented masseuse. All in all the holiday was great, the only thing we would have expected the fuel and basic activities; such as swimming and the soft play,p to be included.

The instillation couldn't be any…

The instillation couldn't be any simpler. The panel walks you through the installation of each sensor and testing. The self adhesive on the sensors makes placement quick and easy. Make sure you get it in the right spot the first time. I automatically received a phone call not long after installation was complete letting me know that professional monitoring has started. I called customer support about one question I had. I received a knowledgeable tech who helped and answered any questions I had. Very respectful. The only criticism I have would be a little more range for the motion sensor. All in all so far I believe I made a good choice by getting Cove.

Cove has lived up to all my expectations from having a quality product to outstanding customer service. I have been a long-time customer of a large security company and became tires of the high monthly monitoring prices, pricey equipment, and contracts. Installation was easy and simple. I was having a hard time logging into my account and I called them and the team was not there that i needed assistance with. They se t them an email and they called back as soon as they opened and sent me an email of what i need to do. I was able to get it straightened out and log in and it was a very simple fix.

I am 7 days in so far...

I love it ! THE SYSTEM WORKS GREAT! The system checks itself to make sure it doesn’t stop working. Every sensor and detector was VERY EASY TO PAIR with the touch pad. The app works great to arm/disarm the home. I had a false alarm because the motion detector accidentally fell. Customer service was quick to respond and VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL! Overall the system is easy to use, very affordable. Got the system for free and only pay $35/mo for the 24/7 monitoring.This system gives me piece of mind and let’s me sleep at night knowing I’ll be safe with this system.BEST VALUE IN SECURITY!! BUY THIS SYSTEM!!

Setup was super easy and took me about 20 minutes. Once I finished everything was ready to go. I like that each person in the home can have their own security code so it’s easier to remember. I also love that it uses cellular connection and not WiFi. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking.

So far so good. Setup was easy and simple. I must say they are quick to respond when the alarm signal has been dispatched. And customer service have been great to help with any questions or concerns that I may have. In all very good product.

Hands down the best system ever!

Hands down the best system ever!! The other day I happened to look at my phone and had 2 missed calls from Cove Security. I immediately called back and they informed me that there was an alarm going off at my house. My son was home and he knows how to disarm the system, which he has done after accidentally setting it off to let the dog out, but he had not disarmed it. Since they were unable to reach me at either of the numbers given to them they dispatched the police. I then called home and got no answer so of course I panicked. Thankfully I work around the corner and flew home to see what was going on just as the police arrived... turns out, my son was asleep,I don’t know how he didnt hear the alarm as it is quite loud, and apparently my Houdini cat somehow opened the door going into the garage and tripped the alarm which I had set on “Stay” mode..,. This was most embarrassing as I apologized to the police and to the Alarm company but thankfully everything was okay.., I can’t say thank you enough to the team at CoveSmart for being on the ball and handling matters just as promised. Within minutes they handled everything professionally and promptly. I will say that I sleep better at night just knowing that I am protected by Covesmart. Everyone should get this system , it’s affordable and reliable . A must have for sure. DH
