I'm overwhelmed with excitement on how much I love not only this company but my system as well. I did alot of research for what was best for my condo and went with COVE. Boy did I make the right choice! Any questions I had I spoke w a representative asap and answered every question I had and there was alot lol. The installation was not only very easy but actually fun to do. I HIGHLY suggest this for everyone and I tell all my Family and Friends about the Cove.

I absolutely love this company. I am not technically advanced, but it took me less than an hour to have everything set up and connected. It was literally the EASIEST connection I have ever done! The products are high quality and the customer service is impeccable! I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting an easy to set up, high quality security system with awesome customer service that will look out for your families safety. And btw, the price was amazing. It's worth way more than what I paid for the ease and security! Love love LOVE this company!

honestly, this set up arms application had been a breeze! the service via telephone and online extremely helpful Ann's courteous. I am using this iiib a temporary housing situation but I've already recomended to a family member. great system, easy install and friendly ap and base station. the camera sent is only viewable via a different app. that's the only negative aspect I could think of doore this review. however the picture quality pob the yi cameras and user friendly app is fine. I have them next to rach other on my phone.

I know what this sounds like, but I have to write it. If I could give them more than five-stars . . . I would. These guys are awesome! The truth be told, I was a bit skeptical when they said that "anyone" could install their security system. Yeah, right! I'll be the guy that breaks that streak. To say that I'm not mechanically inclined would be a bit of an understatement. And to make it even more challenging, I am do for hip replacement surgery in a couple of weeks. I figured, worst-case scenario, I'd give it a shot and then ask a friend to help me when I couldn't do it. No need! I gave my friend the day off. I did it myself . . . bum hip and all. Plug in the touchscreen panel and it tells you what to do . . . step by step. Trust me. anyone can do it. I know, because I'm anyone. No need to pay for installation. And it works great! Easy to operate with first-class customer service. Oh . . . and My favorite part . . . NO CONTRACT! We chose to sign up for 24/7 monitoring, but we can cancel it at any time. It's everything my wife and I wanted (in regards to Home Security) and so much more. We could not be more satisfied. If you're on the fence about whether or not to get a Home Security System. Get off the fence. These are your guys!

Best prices for great system and best customer service. Self install was easy. Switched to Cove from ADT/Secure 24 because ADT does not value the customers; only trapping customers with expensive contracts and you don't get equipment that you are promised. Choosing Cove security is a great system with no disappointments. Completely satisfied with Cove.

Just ordered my first home system from Cove. I found many of the DIY businesses to be very comparable in price. The main difference for me was the customer service to get me to buy, or should I say comfortable to buy. I hope my experience with their product is as great as purchasing it.

There were a lot of security companies to choose from out there and I 100% recommend using Cove. I was worried about the self install process but it was easy and simple. Plus any question I had were answered with their online help videos. I had one question for customer service after hours and they still took care of it for me.
