The alarm system was SO easy to set up and is delightfully simple to use. The whole system just works seamlessly. I originally counted windows wrong, and ordering and activating the new sensors was a breeze.
Cove has been amazing so far! I've already got my sister and her family on it and I rave about it whenever any discussion on home security comes up. Then today I learned it's a local company based right around the corner from my home in Utah, which makes me love it that much more.
Today I spoke with Lora when I needed to add more sensors — she went above and beyond to take care of me and was helpful, friendly, and professional.

Easy to setup and use. The system is very user friendly. Customer service was great! I had an issue with my key fob and they helped me fix it right away. I couldn’t be happier with my new system.

Before purchasing
Before purchasing, I did check reviews and price shop. I did feel this was less expensive than a lot of the big name brands. Their package offerings are nice and simple. Best part is you can lock in your monitor pricing!! No more annual increases. I called customer service to ask a few questions. Lora explained that while they are a relatively new company, customer service is their #1 priority. Finally, a company that offers a No Contract service! I am not a tech person by a long shot! The set up was so easy!!! The panel is easy to navigate. The staff is extremely friendly. I will be recommending Cove to anyone who needs or is looking to switch alarm companies.

When I was looking for a upgrade alarm system I was going through different company's and I decided to pick Cove. Let me tell you, from purchasing the unit to installing it was so convenient. I had a little hiccup when pairing and called customer service and they did a great job instructing me what to do. So to everyone looking for a system that is affordable and have great customer service, you better try out COVE!!

Awesome security system, pretty much sets itself up. Anyone could install. Only had it over the weekend and already looking at other products. Had a slight problem with the app but customer service helped fix it very quickly in one call

Very friendly customer service and very friendly staff. I have not yet come across one rude person. Setup was a lot easier than I thought. I admit I was very nervous knowing I had to do it myself. But I had everything installed and you and running in less than 45 minutes.

Awesome System For Sure!
When I ordered I received my system the same day it shipped! Setting it up took me 10 minutes and was easier then cooking a boxed dinner! I loved that the panel explain the process of how to set the system up for the first time. I've had an alarm go off once or twice, the Live Assist really works, I had a fire alarm, Cove talked right through the panel, I as well got a text for the each alarm. I'm very pleased with Cove, and their monitoring team. Thank you all!
