Installation upgrade support was great. Even though it took about 1-2 hours to get everything setup, it would have taken me multiple days had I tried on my own. The tech support was very patient throughout the entire process and guided me the entire way.
I have been with Cove with their prior system for 3 years and have been very happy with their monitoring services. With the new upgraded equipment, it seems the service improved more especially with ability to have mutliple remote sirens (instead on the touch panel)

The rep was very personable and helpful assisting me with resetting my pass codes and disarming my system.
My system is installed at my property I use when I visit my mom. I haven't used the alarm system since the initial installation, back in November.
I armed the system, then realized I didn't recall the disarm code. I had to call in for assistance to free myself, lol.
The agent had me reset and out the door in less that 5-10 mintues.

Ned activated my Sensors and Secondary Alarm
Ned activated my Door sensor, Motion sensor and secondary alarm without any problems and also corrected the proper time to my time zone and also checked my whole system out for errors. I had an excellent experience with Ned and do believe he is an asset to Cove.
