At first, it seemed I would get nowhere because the agent asked me if I was still there when I had responded with a whole message of my issue that he couldn't see 😒 But after that little glitch, he was able to help get me logged back into the app (your website acct and app log in are not the same, fyi) and order me additional equipment, I neglected to order initially, at the original discounted price (you have 60 days to order more equipment at a discount, fyi). I had been trying to order more equipment but when I tried to order it through my acct, it would charge me full price. I'm glad I asked cause it was almost times up! 👌

Initial set up
My agent, Rob, was VERY PATIENT with this old man. Turned out that I tried to set up my account partially, late last night, and missed the boat completely. Rob's rescue efforts paid off. Technically he was expert++.
