The Customer service is grant they was there when I needed them they help me set up(I did it myself) the response was fast when I test the alarm system out took them less than a minute to call and find out was everything good or not I test them a few times and the response was the same less than 1 minute just what I was looking for and it did cost me 2 arms and 2 legs

Best Alarm Response ever!!!

I have installed Covesmart at home and at my business. They systems are simple to install and the response time when an alarm is triggered is 2nd to none! Texts and call alerts when the business alarm went off were instant! I had a system at my business with the best known name in the industry years ago, we had to set off the silent alarm, 15 minutes later still no call, I fired that company with extreme prejudice on the spot!
