Cove is a Good Security Company
Cove is always willing to help as needed and is very respectful. They usually call when an alarm goes off to make sure everything is ok. A link through text is sent as well to confirm or disregard an alarm. I never had issues except for when I was new to this and had trouble understanding setting this system up, but Cove did help solve that problem.

The whole process from beginning to end was easy. No problems whatsoever, everyone is so nice and accommodating. I had a small problem which was a misunderstanding on my part and my CDR immediately resolved without incident. The entire was really easy and no bills hit! Fantastic product!
Affordable and Hurricane Resilient
Cove is super affordable and convenient. It’s a great security system for the price. To their credit - my system withstood a category 4 hurricane (Hurricane Ian) and the sensors stayed on through winds of 155 mph. Our county issued a mandatory evacuation, so it was a relief to know my home was secure while I evacuated. When the storm hit, the backup battery lasted a solid 12 hours longer than it was supposed to. Our city was basically wiped off the power grid, and the reports for what areas got it back were sparse for details. Because my Cove system was still plugged in, I knew I had gotten power back because it came back online. Somehow it had connected to a tower and I was able to monitor the security of my home until it was safe to return. All my sensors work following the storm.
The tower damage in area has been pretty severe though, and eventually our system had nothing to connect to. Not the systems fault (my phone is useless here without my wifi). The support team helped me troubleshoot it and confirmed it’s a tower issue. So hopefully the cell towers near us get back to how it was, but I’m incredibly happy with Cove.
All in all - 10/10, would recommend.

Excellent system for a great price
I used to have a home security system that was $70 monthly and when their sensors started to fail after only 3 years, they wanted me to upgrade to new system saying they no longer had sensors for the system they installed!! This is when I checked into Cove Home Security. I have been thoroughly happy with their services and system for my needs it only costed me $179 for system and I just need the basic plan for $17.99 monthly. Wish I would have chosen Cove them from the get go! It would have saved me alot of money!

When my panel suddenly announced an issue that needed my immediate attention, I was told to call COVE. The recorded message estimated my wait time at 10 minutes or less. After 10 minutes, a recorded message then estimated my wait time at 5 minutes or less. After approximately 15 additional minutes passed, the recorded message switched back to an estimated 10 minutes of wait time. Finally, after 10 minutes, a very pleasant, courteous woman came on the line. She walked me through everything with ease. Before too long, I was finished. This customer service phone rep. was very patient and helpful. After thanking me and apologizing for my inconvenience, she asked me to call anytime I experience this issue again. I appreciate that, even though it seemed like there was a lengthy wait, it ended up being worth the wait. They are very professional. Thank you, COVE.
