Simple Setup
Simple Setup, Excellent Customer Service. I had a couple of minor issues during setup. I called Tech Support on a Saturday, had short wait time and fast, capable support with the first person that answered. She put me on hold once to check on something and came back with the answer. I was very pleased. I had to call a second time to setup the Mobile App. I had the same experience with a different tech on my second call. Five Stars from setup to activation.

Cove has an excellent helpful and patient customer support team. They answer the phone within one minute every time I've called in the past. The price is quite affordable and well worth it. I was taken by surprise when I discovered the tablet remains on for 24 hours after being unplugged or should there be a power failure. In addition, the second a sensor is breached, I immediately get an alert. There are no delays whatsoever. If the alarm is triggered, the sound would be unbearable for intruders as well. Wi-Fi is not required unless you have cameras set up. Activating my COVE security system was also incredibly easy and arrived in the mail much faster than I had anticipated. I give this company the highest rating possible. Thank you COVE, AJ
