Equipment problems prolonged

Although the outcome corrected the initial problem, it took way too long to correct it ! Techs were helpful, but it took two full days to solve a camera problem that after replacing the touch pad, the whole system failed to work. If I paid for installation, it would have been the same. I think there should be a limit to the time a customer has to spend on the phone before you send a tech to location. You claim the system is easy to install, and it was initially. But when a problem occurs because of faulty equipment, a tech should be sent immediately to take over. Sorry to say, this has left a bad taste in my mouth. Review the records and reply with your opinion.

Honestly, there have been a few tech glitches here and there, but I've used Cove for about 3 years and support is always pretty good, and 99.9% of my up-time with Cove has been free of any issues. It's a pretty solid company and I intend to stay with them as long as this level of support and service continues.
