Super Customer Service!
My alarm went off two days ago and I was so nervous when the call center phone me that I gave the wrong safe word. So police were dispatched. Something had fallen inside my home, which caused the glass breakage sensor to set off the alarm. SO... We learned the alarm does, in fact, work well!! I phoned Cove a few minutes ago to straighten out my safe word and add my husband's email to the account. Maerlo was patient and kind and helped to resolve all of my concerns in a very timely manner. Thank you Maerlo!!
