Simply SPEECHLESS...
After much research I purchased your Cove system yesterday. My experience so far:
I installed the Cove app on my iPhone. It would not accept my password so I called Cove customer service. To tell you the truth I didn't expect much.
After a brief prompt it took less than 15 seconds to get a real-life person. She addressed the issue that I called about in a courteous, knowledgeable and friendly fashion. She was also able to tell me when I would receive my system...ALL of this on a NATIONAL HOLIDAY. I simply cannot remember the last occasion on which I received this level of excellent customer service...
Once I install the Cove system and confirm it works two things are going to happen:
1. I will be a customer for life
2. I will recommend the system to everyone I know

Very easy to install and activate, very knowledgable and friendly CSRs to talk to, I really like being able to arm and disarm my system with my remote control, and also to arm and disarm it from anywhere with my cell phone. The system sends alerts to my phone within seconds!! Yourself and family will live and sleep better knowing that they're protected by an awesome electronic security system 24/7. I highly recommend this system!

Absolutely fantastic holiday
Absolutely fantastic holiday! We’ve been 3 times in the last 12 months and it’s been great each time! Big shout out to Ky and Owen on the wave rider, they were so good with our boy and he feels like he has 2 new best mates! Will be back again soon!

I contacted Cove to cancel my subscription and to inquire about how to return the equipment, all for personal reasons. It was nothing against Cove the company. I thought everything was very high quality and easy to use and set up, I just decided to go a different route. The person I spoke to was very helpful and I appreciated her not pestering me to stay with the company. She offered very politely but still sent me my return label and even stayed on the phone to make sure it actually arrived in my email which I appreciated more than anything. Customer service is top notch and I really appreciated it!

I decided I needed pancakes early this…
I decided I needed pancakes early this morning. Smoked up the house and my cove alarm went off. It did what it was supposed to do. Asked me for my passcode and that allowed me to cancel the alarm. I called to confirm for my peace of mind. That wasn’t needed. Thank you cove!!!!

I've had my system for a while now. It's much cheaper than what I had been paying my last alarm company, not to mention the sensor and system were super easy to set up. I just had an issue with one sensor and did a chat with customer service. I got Dimple and after some trouble shooting she determined I need a new sensor and informed me she already had ordered one to be sent out. No issue getting one sent, no cost and quick to get done
I had a few situations in the past…
I had a few situations in the past couple of months where I thought I was giving the correct "save word" to dispatchers to halt a false alarm but apparently I was confused and police were sent. Just corrected that today and your Rep was very professional and prompt. Thank you.
