I am amazed at the level of customer service and smooth process ordering from Cove has been. From beginning to end, the customer service, installation, and follow-up has been flawless. Install was quick and easy. If we had any problems, there are sets of videos to help. The quality of the pad is top notch. They have met all of our needs for a 10,000 sq ft + home.

Cheap equipment and cheap pricing. You get what you pay for and cove is no exception. Have had issues with my front door sensor for months and all they ask me to do is remove the sensor and readd the sensor in the panel, Update: Was contacted by a rep that sent new sensors which fixed the issue. Updated review to 5 stars but the Company should be proactive in this instead of waiting to receive a 1 star review before acting.
