Never have had an issue

Easy to install. I've had system for about 2 years and haven't had an issue. Anytime my alarm accidentally goes off, they have responded right away.

Quick, easy and contract free

I was replacing an alarm company whose customer service was fairly poor. The system was old and replacing it was very expensive without a long term commitment. Cove offered a more modern system with features I didn’t have with my old system. And the option for a lifetime warranty was very attractive. From my initial inquiries to my installation questions, customer service was excellent. The system arrived in less than three days and installation was quite easy. One of the best parts is no contract. If I’m not happy, I won’t be stuck with it for two years or have to pay hundreds of dollars to cancel. But so far I see no reason to cancel.

Fabulous Tech Support by Cove!

We were having frustrating issues with our Cove alarm system until we called CoveSmart Tech Support and were helped with our issues by Lego from support for the next 2 hours. Not once did he ever loose patience. He was both kind and extremely knowledgeable. Lego taught us things we didn't know about the system, and helped us find the solutions to our issues. We now feel very comfortable with the knowledge that CoveSmart stands by its products and is here to help the consumer.

My experience with Cove so far is 100% better than my experience with SimpliSafe. The customer service person was knowledgeable and did not give me a long list of excuses that I was given by the other company. The product was also a lot more affordable. The people there know what they are doing and are friendly.
