A Favourable Resolution.
Today Cove reached out to me so that we could find a resolution to my sensor issue. The system had already reset and working. I highly appreciate Cove for their concern about my safety. The agent was patient, professional and had knowledge about the working of the unit. He performed several test to ensure everything was working correctly. Hats off to Cove for great Customer Service and technical support. I renewed my agreement so that I can continue to trust the company for my safety. I am very satisfied.

Second call about glass break sensor. Agent addressed the problem and resolved it immediately. Alarm is much better than ADT, they don't answer the phone for at least one half hour, With Cove for three months and I am impressed. Was an ADT customer for 25 years

Great system and customer service!
Overall system is great, was super simple to set up and get going across the entire home. Support has been great everytime I have called in; only ever had to call in twice relating to product support in the past year of owning (which all could've been self done but wanted to make sure I had support on standby). Virtually 0 wait time to getting a customer service representative, and every representative I've spoke with has been friendly and knowledgeable about the Cove system. My only pet peeve is their mobile app, seems very finicky especially when we pay the extra bit to have app access, but overall still does a great job. One of the better DIY systems out there that feels like a legitimate security system!

Great system and I can say that I feel safe with the system in my apartment. I would just recommend that when you 1st set it up. Call the customer service department to let them know you're setting it up so they can put it on testing until your finished otherwise it's a great system and I would definitely recommend it.

Cove home security systems
Currently testing a new system from Cove due to some issues with local cell sites.... it's a long story ! However, I am pleased that the system is performing well. The customer service and tech support has been exellent. They are easy to reach, and you get through to a real person that will help you. They understsnd customer care, which gives confidence in the product. The product itself is well designed, and does not feel cheap. It is robust and up there with the top players in the market. I have to say, so far I've been very impressed by the way the company manages its customer relationship. I will leave a further review in due course as this relationship progresses.
First Experience with Cove Security
I was setting up my new system and testing out the sensors. Apparently I didn’t disarm the system so it triggered and alarm. Response was very fast and professional. So far I can say I highly recommend Cove Security.

I have had an issue logging in to the customer portal. I have been on chat several times to try and correct this issue but have been unable to resolve it. I decided to call to see if I could get different results. The agent I spoke to was beneficial and had me try several other options to resolve the matter. After several tries, I still had the same problem. The agent sent my issues to his supervisor who was on their day off. He assured me someone would be in touch within 48 hours I would hear back from someone to try and fix the portal issue. The agent did his very best and I was thankful for what he had done.
I want to thank Cove and their representative who worked with me on this. The representative called me back on two different occasions as he promised to follow up on my issue. The issue was fully resolved. Great job.
