Being in a support role for any department of any organization, is no small order. 65% of it is attitude, and these guys get that. I myself am a Help Desk Support Technician, and this is by far one of the best interactions I’ve had with another technician.
-The automated options were simple and concise.
-I wasn’t waiting for 30-40 mins to speak to a human.
-My issue wasn’t resolved fully, but I was able to present a solution that was agreeable for both parties.
-My Rep. obviously knew what he was doing and was able to quickly verify information.
-I wasn’t on the phone very long.
All of these things contribute to the 5 Star Rating I’m giving this team. If you have ADT or one of affiliates, or some other expensive as s*** security system? Ditch them and come to Cove. Hands down you won’t regret it!

We love our COVE home security system as it is easy to use and responsive. We highly recommend COVE as a home security system as it is by far, the best and most reliable service to which we've had. Furthermore, the customer service at COVE is nothing but remarkable!!!
The best system for your money
Cove is one of the best self as I’ve ever gotten is one I know when I leave the house like you set the alarm and I know my dog is safe as well as my everything else is safe it is like Fort Knox now and I am very proud of the system I have because I know that if someone tries to go and that I will get a response immediately from Cove and they’re very quick about it

Cove after hours tech support was awesome! I was having trouble with some windows not opening and the tech immediately told me he could manually enter them and get them ready for arming. He also walked me through a couple of steps. Offered a quick course. You will be very happy with COVE.
